摘要:

模拟信号处理单元是微波光子前端中的重要组成部分,其性能在很大程度上决定了整个系统的性能,其中硅基光子集成的信号处理单元因其尺寸小和性能优良等优势获得了更多的关注。综述了硅基光子信号处理单元以及其在微波光子前端中应用的相关研究成果。

Abstract:

Signal processors are one of the significant elements in microwave photonic frontends,which determines the working ability of the entire system in many aspects.The silicon-photonics-based signal processors are especially attractive for their compact size and wonderful performance.The development of silicon-photonics-based signal processing for microwave photonic frontends was reviewed.
