摘要/Abstract

摘要：

信息通信行业高速发展，行业技术人才供给不足，特别是领军人才稀缺。基于信息通信行业领军人才的特征及需求，对政府、高校、企业等人才培养主体如何发挥作用进行了论述，从政策制定、基础教育和环境营造3个维度提出了思考和建议，为行业人才队伍建设提供借鉴。

关键词: 信息通信行业, 领军人才, 培养

Abstract:

Due to the rapid development of information and communication industry, there is a shortage in professional and technical personnel supplication, especially the talents. Based on the characteristics and demand of talents in information and communication industry,?discussion on how subject such as government, colleges and universities, was made. Consideration and suggestion from policy, basic education and environment creating were put forward and reference for talents team construction for information and communications industry was made.
