摘要：

本文提出了基于用户体验的IPTV业务质量监测方法，根据现网的监测结果，分析了IPTV 端到端各环节的质量状况，确定了影响IPTV业务质量的关键因素，提出了提升IPTV 业务质量的相关措施以及对平台、网络设备的要求。

Abstract:

In this paper，a monitoring method is proposed for IPTV service quality，based on the user experience.The real network monitoring results are analysed in order to confirm the key factors which effect IPTV service quality. Then，solutions are proposed to improve IPTV service quality，as well as requirements of IPTV platform and intermedia network devices.
