摘要：

TCP、RLC及HSPA数传协议在UMTS通信系统中使用广泛，这些协议机制复杂且相互独立，应该注意相互配合以优化网络传输效率。

Abstract:

The transmitting protocols of TCP，RLC and HSPA were comprehensively employed in the UMTS. These protocols have complicated and independent schemes.They should cooperate properly to optimize the transmitting efficiency.
