本文首先介绍了增值业务深度运营的概念，分析了现有IT支撑系统的状况，提出了基于企业数据仓库支撑增值业务深度运营的IT支撑体系，并探讨了增值业务深度运营IT支撑的难点。

Abstract:

This paper first introduced the value-added service depth management's concept,has analyzed the existing IT support system present situation,give a set of operation IT support system based on the enterprise data warehouse support value-added service depth,and has carried on the discussion to value-added service's depth operation IT support difficulty.
