摘要：

本文着重讨论酒店在语音通信、短信、数据通信等方面所遇到的困惑，电信运营商针对这些需求提供一揽子信息化解决方案，使酒店仅需少量投资即可简化人员管理流程，提高酒店的服务效率，增强酒店的竞争力。

Abstract:

A set of technologically advanced, safe, reliable, low-cost, easy management informationization application for the hotel are introduced. It solves the hotel's actual needs of movable office and fixed-mobiled convergence, to achieve the hotel business extension and expansion of mobile based on 3G mobile networhs. It provides a variety of ways of mobile information services for the hotel,to enhance the hotel's worhing efficiency.
