本文主要描述了一种新的视频监控系统接入方式，即通过建立视频通话话路的方式接入视频监控系统，分析了这种接入方式的主要业务功能。

This paper describes a new video surveillance system access method，namely through the establishment of video call to video monitoring system，and the paper also analyzes the service functions of this access method.
