摘要：

云计算代表IT业未来的发展方向，必将带动其他产业信息化建设和IT技术运用的深刻变革。本文分析了当前连锁企业信息化建设方面的特点和不足，主要从云计算应用的角度探讨了连锁企业下一步信息化建设的方向，并重点分析了连锁企业商品配送路径规划和客户关系管理计算使用云服务的流程，给出了流程UML模型。本文对连锁企业如何应用云计算进行信息化建设有较大的指导意义。

关键词: 云计算, 公用云, 专用云, 连锁企业

Abstract:

Cloud computing represents the future direction of IT industry,which will lead the profound changes of information technology construction and IT application in other industries.This article analyzes characteristic and inadequacy of information construction in current chain enterprises,discusses development direction of information construction in chain enterprise based on the perspective of cloud computing application,then especially analyses how to use cloud services to accomplish goods distribution path planning and customer relationship management calculation of chain enterprises,and finally the flow chart of UML model is given.This paper have great significance in guiding the information construction of chain enterprise based on cloud computing.
