摘要:

PTN代表着基础数据网络的演进方向,但需要大量接入光纤,EPON作为新型光接入网络,在提高带宽的同时节省了光纤资源,二者的优势存在互补性。本文涵盖5种常见的应用场景,描述了每个场景下实现连通的配置要点并指出了存在的问题,从整体上对EPON实现PTN设备末端接入的可行性进行了分析。

Abstract:

PTN represents the evolution of metropolitan area transport network. As a new optical access network, EPON can increase bandwidth and save a lot of fiber resource. The paper discusses the technical feasibility of accessing to Huawei PTN with EPON. Five common scenes are discussed.
