摘要：

在三网融合和终端智能化的市场大环境下，围绕各种智能终端（主要是智能电视终端），对新业务的发展趋势和合作模式进行了创新思考。重点介绍了在产业链伙伴紧密合作的基础上，通过构建智能终端的标准与服务体系的方法，降低不同技术平台与内容、增值业务、应用形态间的整合难度，为智能终端构建更有效的生态系统给出了长期可持续规模化发展的思路和方案。

Abstract:

The new business trend and innovative collaboration mode about intelligent terminals，especially the intelligent TV terminals，were thought in this triply-play market.Based on the close co-operation of each part on the chain，the thinking and scheme for creating a more efficient，sustainable and large-scaled intelligent terminal eco-system was focused and the integration difficulty of content，value-added service and application form were reduced，through establishing the standards and methods of service plan.
