摘要:

随着通信业的高速发展,移动通信用户的主要感知从原先对覆盖范围的要求转移到对信号稳定的要求。引发用户感知下降的原因大部分是基站天线的工程参数出现异常。为了提高基站工程参数管理的效率,并对工程参数进行集中统计、分析、趋势预测,以更好地服务于运营商的网络优化工作,提出了一套配合基站工程参数采集终端使用的移动通信基站参数管理系统。该管理系统经试运行取得了预期的效果,对运营商的网络优化工作提供了有力的帮助。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of the telecom industry, the main perception from mobile communication users in the original coverage transferred to the signal stability. Most of the reasons for the decline of the user perception are due to the abnormality of the engineering parameters of the base station antenna. In order to improve the efficiency of the management of base station engineering parameters, and engineering parameters for centralized statistics, analysis, trend prediction, and better serving the network optimization of the mobile operators, a set of management system was proposed for mobile communication base station parameters cooperating to the engineering parameters collection terminal of the base station. Through trial operation, the management system has achieved the expected effect, and it can provide a powerful help for mobile operators in network optimization.
