分析了模块化数据中心的发展背景及传统数据中心面临的主要问题，描述了模块化数据中心的关键技术，并在此基础上，提出了推广模块化数据中心的举措与建议。

Abstract:
The development background of modular data center, and the main problems of the traditional data center were firstly analyzed. Then the key technology of modular data center was described. Finally, the promotion suggestions of modular data center were put forward.
