摘要:

摘 要:随着移动互联网时代智能手机的快速发展和用户需求的不断变化,运营商面临着网络拥塞频发、资源分配不均和增量不增收等问题,提出依托PCC架构开展移动互联网智能管道演进网络架构的顶层设计方案,并在此基础上面向网络和市场实现了一系列技术实践应用,取得了良好成效,从而为运营商实施流量经营奠定了基础。

Abstract:

In the mobile internet era, along with the rapid development of smart phones and the variation of user requirements, telecommunication operators meets more and more new challenges, for instance, network congestion happens more frequently, network resources are unfairly distributed, and revenue does not grow in step with network flows. Based on the PCC architecture, a scheme of top-level design and deployment practice for mobile internet smart pipe was proposed. Moreover the deployment practice has achieved good results, which would build solid foundation for the implementation of traffic flow based market operation.
