摘要： 网络及信息系统安全等级保护是信息化过程中的关键环节。本文在论述通用等级化安全防护实施措施的基础上，提出了一种大规模网络等级化的安全防护模型，并应用于实际试点，取得了比较好的实际效果。

Abstract: The graded defense mechanism of network and information system is the key point of our national informatization procedure. It is put forward a graded security defense model for the large-scale network on the basic of discussing general graded security measures in this thesis. The model has been used in an actual testing network and already obtains a good effect.
