Abstract: This paper raise the concept and some regulation methods of telecommunication price interzone, based on the research literature of telecommunication upper limit and lower limite price regulation, in order to transfer the monotone price competition mode to manifold competition mode, transfer the incomplete information game to complete information game, and hope those methods do favor to the future more effective telecommunication competition regulation.
