Abstract: This paper discusses about the requirement of application in university, and then puts forward an implementation of SMS interactive platform. In this platform, administrators can put short message to their user, and the user who receive the SMS can reply it. This platform provides a good communication way among university, teacher, student and student’s parents. This platform also gives a chance for university to improve its efficiency.
