摘要： 本文关注移动互联网对电信运营商的挑战，包括移动互联网相关的内容资源、资费策略、合作模式、显示方式、网络能力和终端技术等。在此基础上，探讨了电信运营商经营移动互联网的不同商业模式，提出了智能管道化运营建议。

Abstract: The thesis focuses on the challenges that mobile Internet brings to telecom operators, including content, price, cooperation, user interface, network and terminal. It proposes a smart-pipe model based on discussing several different business models.
