摘要: TD-SCDMA网络是我国具有自主知识产权的第三代国际通信标准,国家在大力推动其发展。在2∶4的时隙配比下,网络单用户上行最大带宽仅为128 kbit/s,制约了视频监控业务发展。本文提出采用HSUPA及多流技术提升网络性能,以解决网络上行能力不足的问题,并设计实现了基于TD-SCDMA网络的移动视频监控系统。
Abstract: TD-SCDMA network is one of the third-generation international standards owned and promoted by China.In the time slot of 2 to 4, the network upstream bandwidth for one user is only 128 kbit/s, restricted the development of video surveillance business. In this paper,we enhanced the uplink capacity with the HSUPA technology and the multi-stream technology, designed and implemented a mobile video surveillance system based on TD-SCDMA network.
