摘要：

随着移动互联网应用的丰富和用户体验的提高，移动互联网流量管理需求越来越迫切。本文在分析移动互联网流量管理需求和技术的基础上，对移动互联网流量管理的相关问题进行了探讨，并提出相应发展思路。

Abstract:

Because of the abundance of mobile Internet application and the improvement of the user experience，the need for mobile Internet traffic management is more and more urgent.This paper analyzes the need for the traffic management and related technologies，discusses some questions about the traffic management，and offers some probable direction for the mobile Internet traffic management.
