摘要:

分析了目前光纤活动连接器、光分路器、现场快速连接器、光纤光缆等ODN光无源产品的质量情况。根据实验室多年来积累的测试经验,详述了在测试中发现的光无源产品的质量问题及原因,对如何保证产品质量提出了建议。同时也阐述了相关的测试方法,重点分析了在光无源产品最关键的性能指标——插入损耗的测试过程中,容易被忽视的、导致测试误差的因素。

Abstract:

The optica1 passive devices in ODN,such as optica1 fiber connector,optica1 power splitter,field-mountable optica1 fiber connector and optica1 fiber were analyzed. Based on the experience of our tests in recent years,the existing problems and reasons of the products were described. The quality assurance and contro1 of product were also suggested. Besides,it described the factors 1eading to testing errors which was easily overlooked in the test method and test procedure for insertion 1oss—the most important technica1 specification of optica1 passive devices.
