摘要:

UWB(ultra wideband)是超宽带无线通信技术的缩写,是目前使用1 GHz 以上带宽的最先进的无线通信技术,其数据传输速度可达到几百Mbit/s以上。超宽带无线通信技术以其高速率、低功耗、隐蔽性好、定位精度高等突出优点,在无线个域网、智能交通系统、探测与成像系统等诸多领域有着广泛的应用前景,正在迅速成为产业界关注和研究的热点之一。本文从UWB的技术特点出发,阐述了其技术与应用发展趋势和前景。

Abstract:

UWB (ultra wideband) is the most advanced wireless communication technology working over 1 GHz bandwidth. With this technology, the system or equipment can carry data on the speed over 100 Mbit/s. UWB have much excellent performances, including high speed data, low power, high location accuracy. So, It is likely to be used in such area, WPAN (wide personal access network), intelligent traffic system, exploration and imaging system. More and more corporations pay more attention on this technology. The article introduces the understandings of this technology and summarizes the standard and industry development status of UWB.
