摘要：随着国家经济的发展，沿海渔业、海上旅游业也迅速壮大，海域数据通信需求日益增多。如何打造海域覆盖精品网络已成为各运营商开拓市场和提高品牌竞争力的新支撑点。根据LTE FDD及TD-LTE的技术特点以及海域覆盖面临的问题，并结合实际测试中的参数配置及测试结果，对比分析了LTE FDD与TD-LTE在海域覆盖方面的性能差异，为以后海域覆盖中的网络规划及基站参数设置提供相关指导。

Abstract:

With the development of national economy,marine fishery and marine tourism grow rapidly.The demand for data communication in sea area is increasing in recent years.It is an opportunity for mobile operators to build a high quality sea area coverage network,so as to develop market and enhance brand competitiveness.According to the on-site test results and the configuration parameters,together with the technical features of LTE FDD and TD-LTE,the coverage capability of LTE FDD and TD-LTE in sea area was analyzed.The analysis of the test results may also provide guidance for LTE network planning and design in sea area.
