摘要：

本文对国际IMS相关标准最新研究和进展情况进行了汇总，对IMS所具有的特点进行了归纳，并针对固定接入和移动接入的差异，详细分析了IMS在综合提供固定业务和移动业务时需要考虑的关键问题，最后给出了发展和部署IMS还需要考虑的问题。

Abstract:

The newest research progress about IMS in international, the features of IMS, the key problems about IMS in convergence of fixed access and mobile access and some thought related to IMS development are given in this article.
