摘要:

结合移动用户的特征数据分析,构建了科学、动态的用户信用评估模型,进而应用于面向不同信用等级用户的差异化信控停机服务,有效提升用户信用服务体验,加强用户黏性,挖掘用户潜在消费力,增加企业运营收入。

Abstract:

Combined with the data analysis of mobile users' characteristics, a scientific and dynamic estimation models for user credit were built. It can be applied to different solutions of suspended service for different mobile users based on the diverse credit category. It is effective to improve user experience, strengthen user loyalty, exploit potential spending power and ultimately increase the operating income.
