摘要:

针对大型SA网络直接通信组网及运营商融合计费面临的挑战,在分析现有标准无法满足大型运营商融合计费需求的基础上,提出了SCP和定制CG联合组网的核心网融合计费方案,比较了几种组网方案的优缺点并给出了目标演进方案。最后,描述了融合计费方案在商用网络中规模部署的实践经验。

Abstract:

There are some challenges of direct communication and converged charging in large SA network construction to be solved.A converged charging project based on SCP and customized CG was proposed, following by analysis of how to meet converged charging requirements of large operators.Technology details of several cases and presents target evolution were compared.Finally, the deployment practice in commercial construction was described.
