摘要:

本文在研究大量组织变革文献的基础上,指出企业转型就是对企业实施有计划的革命性变革,试图从四个层面建立研究企业转型的框架,并对转型过程进行了初步探讨,最后结合电信企业转型实践,具体分析电信企业如何转型。

Abstract:

The transformation of organization has a long history just as organization itself. On the basis of studying a huge variety of issues about organizational change, it indicates that corporation transformation is a planned revolutionary change for the whole enterprise. The author tries to establish a theoretical frame from 4 aspects, and makes an introduction on the transformation process. At last, with the practice,we analyze how the communications carriers implement their change successfully.
