摘要：

随着手机的不断普及，其对不同的社会都带来了巨大影响。这种影响不仅体现在人们对手机的认识发生着变化，还体现在手机在不同社会的使用形成了不同的社会规范，更体现在其技术发展的制度环境在发生改变。本文运用社会学的方法，从STS 视角加以分析、解剖，更细致地说明了这一问题。

Abstract:

Along with the cellular phone is gain grounded continuously，it brings huge influences to different societies as a kind of technology. It not only incarnates people’s changes of the understanding to cellular phone，but also forms different social criterions with the usage in different societies. These influences make changes under the system environment with the technology developing. In the paper，the method of the sociology is used to analyze and explain the problem in the view of STS.
