摘要:

我国移动互联网用户正呈现爆炸式增长,截至2011年12月底,用户数量已达近3.56亿户,如何有效提升用户使用流量,实现移动互联网有效益的流量经营,是各大运营商面临的重要课题。本文从客户研究角度,基于移动互联网用户使用行为,通过消费者调研,挖掘提升用户使用流量的措施与手段,在套餐、应用和销售3个方面对电信运营商流量经营提出建议。

Abstract:

With the explosive growth of mobile internet in China,at the end of december 2011,the number of users reached 356 million,how to effectively enhance the user traffic to achieve effective traffic management,is an important issue for the major operators.From the perspective of customer research,based on mobile internet users behavior,this article uses customer research to develop measures for enhancing the user traffic which includes packages,applications and sales recommendations for the telecom operators in China.
