Peer Review Process
Plagiarism policy: Journal on Communications has introduced the CNKI Detecting System of Academic Misconduct. Papers submitted with a duplicate rate of more than 20% with published papers (including Master's thesis and doctoral dissertations) will not be accepted.
1. Submission stage
Select "Author Login" on the homepage of the official website for submission. Registration is required at the first login.
When submitting the paper, upload the manuscript (Word version and PDF version) according to the submission instructions, paper template and system requirements. Please make sure the information is correct and valid. Degree/educational background shall be subject to the current status. Master students shall choose "Master" or "Master" degree; Doctoral students choose "doctoral" degree, "doctor" degree.
2. Peer review stage
Review cycle is 3 months, will go through the preliminary review, external review, final three stages. The author can view the current review status and review results in the system.
1) the first stage (internal review)
Examine the quality of manuscripts, examine whether there is academic misconduct, whether it conforms to the purpose of the journal, whether it meets the repetition rate and so on. After passing the preliminary examination, the system will notify the author by email to pay the trial fee.
2) the second stage (external review)
In order to evaluate manuscripts impartially and objectively, the journal adopts peer review in an anonymous form of "double blind review". Before the external review, the system will remove the author, fund and other related information in the manuscript, and then send it to 3 experts in related fields for review. The editorial department will comprehensively review the opinions of experts and give the final external review opinions and results.
3) the final stage
Manuscripts that pass the external examination will enter the final examination stage. In this stage, peer review and double-blind review were also adopted to review the manuscript. The editorial board of the journal is responsible for the final review of manuscripts in the final stage. The editorial board will make the final review of manuscripts according to the requirements of the journal and give the review results. The editorial department will give priority to the final review opinion, give the review result after comprehensive evaluation, and inform the author.
3. Page fee stage
After acceptance of the manuscript, the editorial department will calculate the layout fee according to relevant requirements, and inform the author by email. Authors should pay the layout fee in time to facilitate the editorial department to issue invoices and arrange publication.
4. Publication stage
The journal has signed an exclusive "online publishing" agreement with CNKI. Accepted papers will be first published online, and authors can check them on CNKI. Then arrange for a print edition.

5. Sample magazine and manuscript fee
Once a manuscript is published, the editorial department will send out the current issue and remit the fee to the author.
