摘要:

北京移动在2006年10 月完成了计费系统的升级上线,此次采用了业界具有争议的 COTS(commercial off-the-shelf)方式,对运营支撑系统的建设做出了有益的尝试。其COTS应用的性能维护管理是其他运营商所关心的,因此本文重点介绍了这次北京移动与Veritas公司合作的在COTS方式下的BOSS性能管理项目和其具体实施情况,提出并论述了面向电信业务的端到端的性能管理方法。

Abstract:

China Mobile Beijing Company (Beijing Mobile) has completed billing system upgrading on Oct. 2006, which adopted COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) that is disputed in industry to realize the bill system. The billing system construction of Beijing Mobile has made to be helpful to try. Other telecom operators are also concerned about the performance management of COTS.This paper describes Beijing Mobile’s BOSS performance management project and its implementation in COTS, alsodemonstrates the methodology of telecommunications operation-oriented end to end performance management.
