摘要:

为了评估IT系统的应用效能,构建面向用户体验的IT指标管理体系,是实现IT监控管理从基础设施监控向业务监控的基础和关键。分析了IT业务监控的新需求,设计了面向用户体验的IT指标体系,提出并构建了应用效能监测平台,依靠此平台,能够自动监控和分析其IT系统问题。

Abstract:

To evaluate the user experience of IT systems, building up a user experience oriented IT key performance indicator architecture, which is the foundation of transferring the IT management from the infrastructure monitoring and analysis to service monitoring and analysis. Based on the lot of real world's new requirements of the IT service management, the architecture of user experience oriented IT key performance indicator was analyzed and designed, and an application management effectiveness platform or system was implemented, via the platform, could automatically and effectively monitor and analyze the IT systems.
