Real-time Billing Theory and Its Implementation Within BOSS Abstract Based on the analysis of prepaid and postpaid service requirements,this article raises and summarizes the BOSS real-time billing theory.As an example,real-time voice billing solution through the interaction between BOSS and SCP is presented and its key technical problems and implementation steps are introduced.Accelerating billing speed,differential billing service and SLA trends are outlooked for the future.

摘要：

本文在对移动通信行业各种付费业务现状进行分析的基础上探讨了实时计费控制的原理，并总结出了BOSS的实时计费控制理论。基于该理论提出了以BOSS实时控制SCP为核心的实时计费解决方案，分析说明了构成方案的关键技术和实施方案的关键步骤。最后，探讨和展望了在实时与非实时计费控制技术融合背景下未来差分计费服务和分级管理（SLA）的趋势。
