摘要：

本文结合当前通信行业发展的大环境，运用营销学、管理学的相关理论，从世界及我国移动通信行业及终端手机行业的竞争现状入手，阐述了全球移动运营商与终端厂商合作的三种模式，分析了中国移动和中国联通在近几年与终端厂商的合作情况，总结了移动运营商与终端厂商的合作对双方的影响，并对双方以后的发展提出了一些建设性的建议。

关键词: 移动运营商, 终端厂商, 合作

Abstract:

Beginning with the status quo of Chinese and the world's telecom competition, the paper sets forth the three patterns of cooperation between mobile operator enterprises and the terminal manufacturers, and also introduces the cooperation between the terminal manufa-! cturers, China Mobile and China Unicom in the recent years. The most important of all, the paper summarizes the interactions for the operators and terminal manufacturers,and provides constructive suggestions for the development of two sides.
