摘要：

近两年来，中国电信为适应市场竞争环境的变化，越来越重视IT运营支撑系统的建设。本文首先介绍了业务服务管理的概念、主要功能与演进原则，然后分析了实施过程中面临的挑战，最后给出了未来的发展趋势。

Abstract:

In recent years,to adapt to the change of the market competition environment,China Telecom attach more and more importance to the construction of IT operation management.This paper first introduce the business service management concepts,main functions and evolution priciples,secondly analyse face cha11enge in the course of practice,fina11y bring out the developing trends in the furture.
