摘要:

本文从科学技术进步、商业模式变化、客户需求导向等方面分析了通信信息业的飞跃,接下来从分析Apple公司的运营模式入手,指出电信运营商的智能化是其必经之路,并提出了智能管道的结构设想和实现机理,最后结合三网融合和智能管道提出新一代“智能运营支撑平台”的初步架构。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the leap in communication and information industry from several aspects, the scientific and technological progress,the business model innovation,customer demand-oriented guide and so on. Then,starting from the analysis of the operating mode of Apple, it points out that the intellectualization of telecom operators will be the only way. In addition, the structure envisagement and implement mechanism of intelligent pipe are proposed. Finally, the initial structure of new generation of“intelligent operation support platform”comes into being through the combination of triple play and intelligent pipe.
