摘要:

在运维管理过程中,“流程”、“人”和“知识”是最关键的环节,而通过“流程”正确地评价“人”和“知识”的绩效增值是整个运维管理的核心。本文正是从这个角度出发,提出了胜任力管理的核心理念,研究了胜任力评估算法、评估指标权重设定算法和胜任力调整算法,并在此基础上搭建了网络运维胜任力评估系统。该系统将助力中国移动构建知识型运维体系,提升企业的核心竞争力,打造一流的通信网络,实现以客户为中心的高效运营和端到端的标准化管理。

Abstract:

Flow,human and knowledge are the most important points in the operation and maintenance process and evaluating the value adding performance of human and knowledge based on the flow is the core of operation management. The paper proposed the operation performance concept based on this viewpoint,researched the evaluation method of operation performance, the evaluation measurements weight generating method and the performance adjusting method,constructed the network operation performance evaluation system based on these researches. This system will assist China Mobile construct the knowledge operation system,promote the core challenge capability of enterprise,build fist level communication network,realize customer oriented high efficiency operation and end-to-end standard management.
