摘要:在现今互联网生态环境下,虚拟运营商、OTT等新生事物层出不穷,而下一轮电信重组正随着国家铁塔公司的成立初现端倪。电信运营商的运维模式已不再适应内部及外部环境要求,体现为公司收入增长放缓、运维成本增加、客户感知下降。阐述了电信运营商如何通过维护转型,实施网络维护集约化、支撑业务精细化运营、提升运维体系的快速响应和服务支撑能力,从而提升客户感知,提高企业竞争力。

Abstract:

Newborn things are emerging in an endless stream in recent internet environment, such as VNO(virtual network operation), OTT(over-the-top). Maintenance system of telecommunication operators will no longer adapt to internal and external requirements, reflected as revenue growth slowed down, operation and maintenance costs increased and customer perception declined. It was described that in order to improve customer perception and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, how telecommunication operators worked on network maintenance transition, to realize network maintenance, support business refinement management, improve the capability of rapid response of operation system.
