摘 要：OTN技术已广泛应用于城域网大颗粒业务的承载，但OTN的运维复杂性一直困扰着维护人员，如何打造调度高效、运维简单的OTN是业界的一大难题。苏州电信不断摸索、探讨OTN运维的新思路，通过建立OTN 运维体系、实现可视化的资源管理和健康分析、落实常态化维护作业计划、形成网络评估和优化标准等手段，实现了OTN 的实时监控及分析、主动运维、提前规避故障的发生，建立了以业务为中心的OTN 运维新模式，取得了较大的成效。

Abstract:

The OTN technology has been widely used in metropolitan area network and big bandwidth business, but the operational complexity of OTN has been plagued by maintenance personnel, how to build efficient scheduling and simple operational OTN is a big problem to the industry. Suzhou Telecom tested and explored again and again to find out the new thinking of OTN network operations, through the establishment of OTN operational system and realized the visualization of the resource management and health analysis, carried out the routine maintenance work plan,form the network evaluation and optimization method and so on to realized the real-time monitoring and analysis of OTN, active operations, avoided the happening of the fault in advance, to build a business-centric OTN network reform mode and achieved great results.
