	方案一	方案二
要点	BAC 通过Request-URI 中的phone-context 参数携带本地网区号，号码补全AS据此完成区号补全	被叫号码为本地号码时，AS默认处理为归属地号码（将被叫区号补全为和主叫号码一样的区号）
优点	移动终端接入IMS后，在漫游情况下可将漫游地信息带给号码补全AS，在用户拨打本地号码时，可据此补全为漫游地区号，与传统漫游拨打处理方式和用户体验保持一致	对网络的要求低
缺陷	要求BAC必须为本地部署，所有传统终端的话务都必须经由BAC，且BAC具备修改Request-URI的能力	移动终端接入IMS后，将会出现CS域和PS域漫游拨打处理方式不一致的情况（拨本地号码，CS域接续漫游地号码，PS域接续归属域号码）
