Abstract:

This paper summarizes the development and application of network billing system, and think about the new pattern of network billing.Furthermore,put forword a design of RADIUS based billing system with dispersive access and centralized authentication, which overcomes the disadvantages of individually access and authentication billing system. This system has greatly improved the performance of management,and can satisfy the need of ISP in telecommunication field.
