    Telecom operators have a lot of data, but in view of a variety of reasons, the quality of the data is not ideal, there are a lot of data is not complete or even missing. For existing data mining, it is necessary to carry out the data to meet the quality of the data and to achieve sufficient sampling proportion. Relying on the country's existing log retention system, template library design data integrity, authentication could not meet the quality requirements of the data, using the random forest algorithm, the same data with or related data was found, data was completed and data quality was improved, and the template library was extended by optimization of feedback. The construction of completion data subsystem in the system log retained end-to-end data quality guaranteed and improved quality, completed and improved the real-time data and historical data, and ultimately met the requirements of data processing and mining operators, improved data quality and value.

    Plenty of program content information in the telecom operators IPTV platform can be used to build knowledge base. The traditional way of using relational database to format conversion and storage of knowledge has limitation in the model structure complexity and query visualization and efficiency. Graph database can be used to construct IPTV content knowledge based on the basis of a new graph model. Through the research and comparison, the idea and method of storing and querying the IPTV content repository based on graph database were proposed, and the actual data of a telecom company was used for the scene verification.

    The system interference of 1.9 GHz TD-LTE and 1.8 GHz/2.1 GHz LTE FDD was studied. Firstly, the interference mechanisms and scenarios were analyzed, which focused on the interference of BS-BS. Moreover, the radio frequency requirements of TD-LTE and LTE FDD coexistence were given as the result of deterministic analysis and simulation calculations. The RF requirements were finally verified through lab tests as well as extensive field tests. The conclusion provides meaningful reference of 4G system utilization and BS coordination in China.

    Time division multiplexing method is commonly used in conventional channel estimation, which results in poor efficiency of bandwidth usage. Additionally, the available pilot resources are finite due to the limited channel coherence time, and the pilot sequences must be multiplexed between the neighbor cells, which leads to problems of pilot contamination. To solve these problems above, superimposed pilot-based channel estimation method combined with user scheduling was proposed. In the method, the users in different cells were cooperatively scheduled and assigned the same pilot by optimizing the factor of power allocation and using the signal to leakage and noise ratio (SLNR)as measure metric. Simulation results demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.

    In order to reduce the complexity of the massive MIMO channel estimation, a channel estimation method based on Kapteyn series expansion was proposed. By using Taylor series to expand the inversion, the complexity was greatly reduced. In order to improve the Taylor-MMSE estimation of the convergence rate, Kapteyn series was used to expand covariance matrix. The simulation result shows that the mean square error of Kapteyn-MMSE estimation converges faster than Taylor-MSME. It is insufficient that the complexity of Kapteyn-MMSE slightly higher than the complexity of Taylor-MMSE, but still far less than the complexity of classical MMSE algorithm.

    In order to achieve the goal of fast and accurate image retrieval,an image retrieval method combining VLAD (vector of locally aggregated descriptor)feature and sparse representation was proposed. Firstly, according to the characteristics of rich structure details and obvious differences for local visual features in image, the local rotation invariant SURF feature of the image was extracted,and the local VLAD feature of the image with rotation invariance was constructed by the local aggregation descriptor method. Then, the VLAD feature was combined with the sparse representation(SR)to design the similarity retrieval metric based on SR,thus the retrieval of the image could be realized. The experimental results show that,proposed method outperforms the compared methods in terms of precision,average normalize modified retrieval rank(ANMRR)and other indicators,and it also has higher computational efficiency.

    Based on the existing technical parameters, the interference coexistence of 25.25~27.5 GHz band international mobile communication(IMT)system and inter-satellite service data relay satellite(DRS)were studied. Based on the aggregate interference assessment, the interference between IMT base station(BS)and inter-satellite service DRS receiver where the DRS orbit at 59 degree, 85 degree and 113 degree longitude were comparatively studied. In addition, the tradeoff between the total number of IMT BS and its transmission power was analyzed with certain interference margin.These results are useful for designing and deployment of IMT systems in 25.25~27.5 GHz band 5G spectrum planning in the future.

    Common medical signals such as pulse signals, contain a variety of noises, have strong nonlinear and non-stationary. According to the previous wavelet transformation method, a pulse signals de-noising algorithm based on dual-tree complex wavelet transform(DTCWT)was proposed. With the advantage of simple construction, clear mathematical implications and low computational complexity, this method overcame the shift sensitive and the frequency aliasing in the discrete wavelet transform. The simulation results show that this algorithm can remove the power line interference and EMG interference, and the quantitative index of SNR and mean square error is superior to the traditional threshold de-noising algorithm. Therefore, the dual-tree complex wavelet transform de-noising algorithm will obtain clear medical wave signals.

    The inter-vehicle transmission interference is one of the key factors to impact the communication performance of vehicular Ad Hoc networks. When vehicles send signals at the same time, it will inevitably have an impact on the surrounding vehicles, which has a negative effect on network connectivity prediction. According to vehicle density and traffic flow, a vehicular network connectivity prediction model was presented based on Nakagami distribution. The Nakagami distribution was used to describe the fading channel in the signal transmission process. Form expression of the inter-vehicle connectivity probability was also derived with power probability density function and signal to noise ratio of received signals.Simulation results show that connectivity probability can be well improved with larger ratio of vehicles which transmit signals before the ratio reaches the maximum.However,negative effect will take place on vehicular connectivity when the ratio exceeds the maximum value.

    SDN and NFV technology have aroused more and more attention. The main idea of vCPE is to split the CPE into two parts and to make the L3 functions up to the network. Through this method, CPE can be simplified and the difficulty for subscribers to operate and maintain CPE can be reduced. For operators, vCPE can reduce the probability of on-site service, and can provide value-added services for subscribers. The problem of connection between the CPE and the cloud platform was studied. By using VxLAN and NvGRE, the L2 connection between CPE and cloud platform could be established, and at the same time, the change to existing huge CPEs was small.

At the same time, due to the high dimension of the data, it is very difficult to extract and process information from them. This makes the waste of the computing capability of operators, even may lead to the decrease of performance due to the growth of the data dimension. The main reason of this phenomenon is that not all dimensions are interested with the information. Therefore, it is necessary to select the appropriate dimensions according to the data characteristics. Based on this, a data processing method based on projection pursuit was proposed.
