Abstract: A priority policy of resource allocation for mobile base station networks was presented. In order to improve resource utilization and maintain good fairness, two resource allocation mechanisms based on graph theory were proposed. Finally, a distributed dynamic spectrum resource block allocation algorithm with low complexity was proposed. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has good performance.
