口碑营销具有成本低、信任度高、效果显著等优势,电信企业可以依据口碑营销“5T”模型,结合网络社区的圈子优势,进行口碑营销活动的策划、实施。

Abstract:

We can profit by word of mouth marketing including lower cost,higher user confidence level and better marketing effect. With the help of 5T model of word of mouth marketing,telecom corporation can make services promotion plan of Internet word of mouth marketing.
