    In this paper,the concept of Internet of things and sensor network are briefly illustrated,as well as the key technologies which support Internet of things. Differing from existing isolated sensor network,the future sensor network interworks with the telecommunication networks to support various convergent applications.This kind of convergence brings supplementary requirements to the telecommunication network,such as network management,service management and location management. Additionally, approaches of telecom and sensor network convergence are demonstrated at the end of the paper.

The key point of ubiquitous network construction is the network infrastructure construction.Telecommunication operators are main forces of it.To play a more important role of ubiquitous network construction,operators should build more robust backbone network,industry public network,gateways of private network and general service systems.     LT codes have outstanding performance as a sparse random linear fountain code in erasure channels. Compared with traditional codes,they greatly reduce the complexity of encoding and decoding process. With analysis of the ripple which influences the performance of LT codes,this paper proposed a approach to optimize the ripple through changing the initial size of ripple,modifying generating matrixes of degree 2,and exploiting redundancies to crack stopping set,meanwhile it eliminates short cycle.

    As a model of supercomputing based on virtualization,cloud computing provided the IaaS、PaaS、SaaS services via Internet,which will integrate all the large-scale and extensible distributed computing resources such as computing、storage、data and application for cooperative work.It’s an entirely new Internet application mode and will be the leading way to access services and information in the near future. With consideration of the status of mixed concepts,a reference definition was put forward after the introduction of the cloud computing basic concept,and then its difference with distributed computing,grid computing,parallel computing and utility computing were analyzed. In the end,the case of mainstream cloud computing platforms were introduced in helping to profound understand what’s the cloud computing form platform view.

    In this paper a securely fair non-repudiation protocol is proposed,at the same time it greatly improves the security and efficiency in B. Meng's protocol. It is more important that the trusted third parties is off-line in the proposed protocol,so it can obviously reduce the involvement of trusted third parties and solve the bottleneck problem.

    Satellite communication is efficient for wide area alert information distribution. But for appropriate and accurate warning,it is necessary to encode the alert information elements. This paper first introduces the basic contents of alert information,then analyses the coding mechanisms of each information element,especially the influenced area,based on the transmission characters of satellite communication. In the end,this paper gives out an alert encoding mechanism for DAB satellite alert distribution according to the current achievements of geographic code,institution code and emergency management policies of China. Practical use indicates that this coding mechanism is ideal for satellite based alter distribution.

    With the large-scale commercial use of TD-SCDMA network,the influence of network caused by Iu-CS interface user plane AAL2 link pseudo-effect problem is serious gradually.How to resolve the failure of AAL2 link pseudo-effect is an important question. By the producing reason analysis of Iu-CS interface user plane AAL2 link pseudo-effect,this paper bring forwards a detection and disposal scheme of pseudo-effect failure,and realizes the detection and disposal arithmetic by coding.At last,the failure detection and disposal scheme is tested and applied by system patching in one city TD-SCDMA network.testing and application result proves that the scheme is feasible,can resolve availably the failure of Iu-CS interface user plane AAL2 link pseudo-effect.

    The multi-carriers aggregation was an key technology for LTE-advanced(LTE-A)system,it can solve the needs of bandwidth resources of LTE-A. Since the radio of different frequency bands have different transmission power/coverage,which will result in the trouble of handoff between cells. In this paper,based on LTE handoff process,analysing carrier handoff scenes and carrier handoff process at the same cell and different cells in carrier aggregation. In order to reduce the failure rate of multi-carriers handoff,handoff desire should be sent to more adaptive contiguous cells and selecting the optimal cell. Two multi-carriers handoff methods are designed for multi-objective eNB.

    Focused on the problem that the wideband OFDM power amplifiers has linearization,a hybrid algorithm of LMS and RLS based on training sequence is proposed,which is applied to a digital pre-distortion system based on polynomial. It can estimation and update adaptive digital pre-distortion filter coefficients. First,this paper was given the configuration of all digital pre-distortion system.Second,adaptive digital pre-distortion algorithm was realized.The algorithm was simulated by using MATLAB software. At last,experimental system was set up and tested ACLR experimentation. Simulation result and test result show that wideband linearization power amplifier have better performance based on adaptive digital pre-distortion algorithm. OFDM power amplifier of linearity is improved 6 dB。

    A design and implementation of remote monitor system for base station power supply is proposed. Based on embedded platform,the system monitors the state of base station power supply,uploads the reason and position of malfunction,reduces the time of base station maintenance,enhances reliability and security of base station power supply. The software design and hardware implementation of total system are proposed also,the embedded platform of monitor unit and implementation of GSM function is discussed chiefly.

    The 10th five-year plan of China information industry puts forward:boost the comprehensive transition of the telecom service,provide the comprehensive information service completely,and improve the service innovation capability and innovation mode.Under the background,the telecom carriers of China make the corresponding transition strategy and regard the ICT services as one part of the transition strategy. The paper describes the ICT service from the aspects of the ICT experiences of the overseas carriers,the ICT service classification,the ICT customer classification and so on. At last,puts forward that the carrier ICT services should be implemented in stages and emphasize the implementing key pointsof the stages.
