面向政企用户的ICT服务研究

Abstract

Abstract:

The 10th five-year plan of China information industry puts forward：boost the comprehensive transition of the telecom service，provide the comprehensive information service completely，and improve the service innovation capability and innovation mode.Under the background，the telecom carriers of China make the corresponding transition strategy and regard the ICT services as one part of the transition strategy. The paper describes the ICT service from the aspects of the ICT experiences of the overseas carriers，the ICT service classification，the ICT customer classification and so on. At last，puts forward that the carrier ICT services should be implemented in stages and emphasize the implementing key pointsof the stages.
