Abstract:

Right to data portability means data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her,which he or she has provided to a controller.And he or she also has the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another when it’s technically feasible.This right can bring a huge impact on using of big data,privacy and business competition.When it comes to data protection legislation in our country,it also has a lot of reference value.
