“东数西算”背景下四川战略定位与策略研究

Abstract

Abstract:

The construction of the Sichuan ＆quot;Channel Computing Resources from the East to the West＆quot; hub is an important component of the national integrated big data center innovation system.As a pivotal node tasked with both ＆quot;East Number＆quot; and ＆quot;West Calculation,＆quot; its development holds unique significance.Accordingly, leveraging Sichuan Province's comparative advantages in industrial systems, energy endowments, computing cost, and scientific and educational talents, this study systematically analyzed the strategic positioning and development strategies of Sichuan in the context of ＆quot;Channel Computing Resources from the East to the West＆quot;.Focusing on the competitive relationships between Sichuan and other eastern and western nodes, as well as Chongqing, it addressed key issues and proposes recommendations, including coordinated positioning for development, efficient computing capacity absorption, and optimization of electricity pricing mechanisms.
