Abstract:
This paper summarizes the IT service management implementation present situation, analyzes the construction and operation of the cloud computing environment resource pool for the IT service management system bringing challenges, and puts forward the implementation strategy for the adjustment and optimization of IT service management from the aspects of the management requirements, pvocess design, system monitoring and resource deployment scheduling.
