5G在工业领域的应用现状、问题及推广建议

Abstract

Abstract:

The great value of 5G is to support high-quality development of the real economy.Based on the status quo and bottleneck problem of 5G application in the industrial field, the “classified and targeted” development path was built.According to characteristics of typical 5G application scenarios in the industrial field, they were divided into 3 types—leading, exploring and lagging, and corresponding promotion suggestions were proposed.

2020年9月	工信部	《建材工业智能制造数字转型行动计划（2021—2023年）》	引导企业利用 5G 通信高带宽、低时延、大连接等技术优势，实现互联互通，鼓励在无人驾驶、远程爆破、设备运维等领域的集成创新应用
2021年3月	工信部	《“双千兆”网络协同发展行动计划（2021—2023年）》	鼓励基础电信企业采用 5G、工业无源光网络（passive optical network，PON）、工业光传送网络（optical transport network，OTN）等协同部署，提供工业企业对接入终端设备的安全认证和管控能力，并支持工业企业高品质快速上云需求
2021年6月	国家发展和改革委员会、国家能源局、中共中央网络安全和信息化委员会办公室、工信部	《能源领域 5G 应用实施方案》	围绕智能电厂、智能电网、智能煤矿、智能油气、综合能源、智能制造与建造等方面拓展一批5G典型应用场景
2021年7月	工信部等十部门	《5G应用“扬帆”行动计划（2021—2023年）》	大型工业企业的 5G 应用渗透率超过 35%，电力、采矿等领域的5G应用实现规模化复制推广。加快利用5G改造工业内网，打造 5G 全连接工厂标杆，推动“5G+工业互联网”服务于生产核心环节。支持 5G 在质量检测、远程运维、多机协同作业、人机交互等智能制造领域的深化应用。拓展 5G 在原材料、装备、消费品、电子等领域的应用
2022年7月	工信部	《“十四五”信息通信行业发展规划》	优化产业园区、港口、厂矿等场景的 5G 覆盖。面向重点行业打造企业内网升级改造标杆和 5G 全连接工厂。加大5G 在工业、能源、文旅、交通、医疗、教育等重点行业领域的推广应用，形成一批5G应用示范标杆
2022年7月	工信部	《“十四五”智能制造发展规划》	研发人工智能、5G、大数据、边缘计算等在工业领域的适用性技术。
2022年9月	工信部	《5G全连接工厂建设指南》	在“十四五”时期，主要面向原材料、装备、消费品、电子等制造业行业以及采矿、港口、电力等重点行业领域，推动万家企业开展5G全连接工厂建设，建成1 000个分类分级、特色鲜明的工厂，打造100个标杆工厂，推动5G融合应用纵深发展
