Abstract:
In this paper, we introduce the current status of the network resource management system (NRMS) and analyze some challenges which NRMS is facing in China Telecom. And illustrate some excellence software of resource management system in worldwide. Discuss the basic way about how to build and develop the NRMS of China Telecom and point out the roadmap in different stage and the essential issues in program implementation.
